All transactions must be in U.S. funds. Final satisfaction of CITES or any other import/export regulations are the responsibility of the owner.
Returns Within ten days of receipt, if you are not satisfied with your instrument contact me immediately to arrange return shipping at your expense. A refund in the amount of the purchase
price less the original deposit will be made immediately upon the subsequent resale of the undamaged instrument.
All my instruments carry a limited lifetime warranty. They are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for my life as a luthier. Not covered under this warranty is any damage due to natural disaster, abuse, neglect, exposure to extremes of humidity or temperature, or normal wear and tear. Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by someone other than myself may void this warranty. As part of this warranty the owner is responsible for periodic maintenance of the instrument as well as shipping and shipping insurance for any work done as part of this warranty. Frets strings and tuning machines are not covered by this warranty.
